Elite Community Ultrasound (ECU) is delighted to offer this Cervical Length scan for all pregnant women who are 16 years or above and in pregnancy between 16weeks and 37weeks.

What is a cervical length scan? This scan is to measure the length/size of the cervix (the neck of the womb) from its internal os (internal opening) to the external os (external opening that connects to vagina). Cervical length can become shorter too early in pregnancy, which increases the risk of premature labour and a premature birth.

What is preterm labour? If a woman goes into labour before she’s 37 weeks pregnant, it’s referred to as preterm labour or premature labour. The earlier premature birth occurs, the more serious the baby’s health risks.

A detailed written report and related printed images.
A free look at your little one in 4D if you ask for it!
A free expert opinion on the gender of your unborn child using an ultrasound if requested!
Option for upgrading to “Gender Reveal Secret Celebration” and “4D/5D Baby Scans” Packages (if you are in pregnancy between 24weeks and 32weeks).

Fetal wellbeing by showing your unborn baby’s heartbeat and movements.
Estimated baby’s weight and measurements of Head, Abdomen & Thigh bone (femur).
Placental location.

History of pre-term birth and suspected the risk of pre-mature delivery during the current pregnancy.

Bent over backwards to make sure we had an appointment time that worked for us, even came in early so that we could have the scan on the day we wanted. We had a very good experience with Dr Gupta, baby was very stubborn at our 4D scan and we were offered a free rescan where we still couldn't see baby well but he gave us multiple opportunities to go for a walk to get baby to move to get better photos.

I recently had an ultrasound by Dr Gupta.The scan was excellent, Dr Gupta explained everything and the scan was visible on a large screen for me to see everything.
