Ultrasound can also identify the composition of the lump, making it easier to tell the difference between a cyst (a lump filled with fluid or pus) or a tumor (a solid lump). Thus, the most common lumps on any part of the body, which can be evaluated under this scan, are Lipoma (fatty lump), ganglion or sebaceous cyst (a lump filled with fluid or pus), hernia, foreign body, soft or hard skin swelling etc. However, the lump in the breast and thyroid/neck would be examined under these scans respectively.

Getting an appointment was quick and easy and the service I received was highly professional and very worthwhile as it confirmed that I didn't have a significant issue with my shoulder.
